The Belmont Building at 614 Humboldt is an eight-storey office building above a retail podium on Victoria’s Inner Harbour. It has been certified BOMA BESt Level 2 for its demonstrated excellence in energy-efficiency and environmental sustainability. It features stunning unobstructed views of the Parliament Buildings, the Empress Hotel and the Inner Harbour. This 1912 heritage building has been maintained and upgraded with modern systems and conveniences. The ground floor features prime retail frontage and a variety of restaurants and cafés. On-site amenities include shower and change rooms, secure bicycle storage and after-hours mobile patrol security. Also, the building benefits from the diverse amenities in the surrounding downtown core.
